念願の沖縄公演視察♪Inspection of the performance in Okinawa

いのち奏でるコンサートを始めてからいつか沖縄公演を実現させたいと思っていましたがようやくその機会を得ることになりました。戦後80年の節目の年に沖縄公演が実現することに私なりに意義も感じます。会場となるバプテスト教会は戦時大砲があり爆撃を受けた場所でもあります。平和を祈り鎮魂の調べを奏でます。

Ever since I began the Inochi Kanaderu (Charity Concerts-Samaritans Japan) Concert series, I have always hoped to one day hold a performance in Okinawa. I am finally honored to have that opportunity.

This year marks 80 years since the end of the war, and I feel a deep sense of significance in being able to bring this concert to Okinawa at such a meaningful time.

The venue, a Baptist church, was once the site of heavy artillery and was bombed during the war.

I will offer music as a prayer for peace and a requiem for the souls lost.
